How can I pay in the store?

How long is the delivery time?

Our usual delivery time is approximately 1 day for digital products. Products sent via post normally take 2-4 days to deliver. We usually ship the same day or next day on all orders.

What is the fabric you are embroidering on?

It is called water-soluble non-woven fabric, and is available at most fabric stores. Most of our suppliers also have this type of non-woven fabric. The water-soluble non-woven fabric is transparent and easy to draw on. It is nice to embroider on and you can't see the stitches underneath, so you don't have to pay attention to the stitches - it makes a nice and natural transition to the stitches of the needle itself. When you are finished embroidering, you remove the ring and put the part you have embroidered on in water and the non-woven fabric will dissolve in the water. Why are the embroidery kits priced differently?

All of our embroidery kits come with the same high quality of pattern and materials — including water-soluble non-woven fabric that makes embroidery easy and exciting. The price varies primarily based on how many balls of yarn (colors) are included in the kit. More balls give more colors, larger projects and more creative freedom. So you pay for the amount of yarn, not for the design or quality.
