The Iben Sweater - Pattern

Iben is a raglan sweater that is knitted from the bottom up in beautiful Tweed Recycled from Sandnes Garn. The cashmere in the yarn makes it incredibly soft and good at the same time as the yarn is a dream to knit with. The ribs are knitted in twisted knit and purl stitches. At the bottom of the sleeves, a small lace pattern is knitted according to the diagram.

About the embroidery:

The cute dog in the front is easy to embroider. Only one type of stitch is used, the backstitch. We first embroider the outline around the figure, then we fill in the inside with colors (fill stitches). The fill stitches should be as dense as possible to avoid the background color showing through. They can be advantageously overlapped. It is nice to vary the length of these stitches.

22 stitches x 32 rows stocking stitch on 3 ½ mm needles = 10 x 10 cm
