Pearl - Knitting pattern

An easy-knit sweater with minimal assembly. The bubble pattern at the bottom of the sleeves is easy and fun to knit, and gives the sweater a nice distinctive look. The body is knitted in the round up to the decrease for the sleeves. The front and back are knitted back and forth. The shoulders are sewn together with a mesh stitch to create a seam that is invisible and looks knitted.

Peruvian and Tilia from Filcolana.

Knitting strength:

17 stitches x 23 rows stockinette stitch 5 ½ mm = 10 cm

Guiding pins:

Circular needle: 5 ½ mm (40 and 80/100 cm)Knitting needles: 5 ½ mm

The measurements given are not body measurements but measurements of the finished knitted sweater if the correct knitting tension is observed. The sizes are indicative. The sweater has good range of motion. Sleeve length applies from the sleeve opening on the body (which goes slightly down the shoulder) and down to the lower part of the wrist.
